Soteldo Psychotherapy 

Credit Card Payment. Soteldo Therapy may, in its sole discretion, agree to allow the Supplier to pay Fees by debit or credit card (that is, “charge” the Supplier). If the Supplier will pay by charge, the Supplier agrees to provide Soteldo Therapy with an authorized credit card name, number and date of expiration, and proper debit authorization for purposes of allowing  Soteldo Therapy to charge the applicable account to collect Fees due under this Agreement. By authorizing  Soteldo Therapy to charge a credit or charge card, the Supplier is authorizing  Soteldo Therapy or its respective designated representatives or agents to automatically continue charging that card (or any replacement credit card account if the original card is renewed, lost, stolen, or changed for any reason by the credit-issuing entity, and such entity informs  Soteldo Therapy of such new replacement card account) until this Agreement is terminated and all Fees are paid in full. If the Supplier’s credit card fails to validly pay the Fees due to  Soteldo Therapy may terminate or suspend, in its sole discretion, the Supplier’s access to any of the Services. Each sessions is charged before the session begins (within 48 hours). Each missed session is charge after the session is missed (within 48 Hours).  The fee for missed appointment equals to the total fee you pay for each session.
