https://www.bigwhitewall.com/ - Big White Wall is a free (anonymous) online support system for peers who may be experiencing similar mental health distress and want to talk about it (put in your Canadian postal code to gain free access when you sign up). It includes wellness workshops and "tests" or questionnaires to monitor your progress and/or track your symptoms. It is similar to a social media site but specific to mental health. Just a word of caution about the “Talk About” section where members can post anything which can be both educational but also heavy to read at times. This site is monitored 24/7 by “Wall Guides” who are available to answer questions.
